Evaluation of confirmatory data following the Article 12 MRL review for quinmerac

The applicant BASF SE submitted a request to the competent national authority in Estonia to evaluate the confirmatory data for quinmerac, which had been identified as unavailable in the framework of the MRL review under Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. To address the data gap, new residue trials complaint with an adjusted, less critical Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) in sugar beet tops were submitted. The results from these trials are also relevant for extrapolation to fodder beet tops and were taken into account to revise the livestock dietary burden calculations.
