1. LabelYog is a digital service — nothing is physically shipped

LabelYog is software delivered entirely over the internet. There is no physical product, no courier, and no shipping. We therefore charge no delivery or shipping fees of any kind.

2. How and when you receive what you paid for

Delivery is electronic and immediate. The moment your payment succeeds through our payment gateway (Razorpay for India, Stripe for export), your account is upgraded automatically: the Pro features unlock and clean, watermark-free label exports become available to you right away — normally within seconds, and in any case within a few minutes as the payment confirmation reaches our server. Your GST tax invoice is generated automatically and is available to download from your billing page.

3. If access does not activate

If your payment succeeded but Pro has not unlocked within a few minutes, please refresh the page first (the confirmation can take a moment). If it still has not activated, e-mail support@labelyog.com from the address on your account, with your invoice or payment reference, and we will restore access — we reply within 3 business days, and usually much sooner.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period; each successful renewal charge delivers the next period of access instantly and issues a fresh tax invoice. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing page — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
