12 regulators · one recipe
Food label software for every market you export to
LabelYog turns one recipe into a regulator-compliant food label —
nutrition panel, ingredient and allergen declarations, dielines, barcodes, QR codes and
designer label artwork — for the twelve regulators below. Pick your market to begin.
A nutrition panel is not one format with different words in
it. The twelve rule-books LabelYog builds for disagree on
what must be declared, how it is rounded, what a serving is, and how the
panel is laid out — which is why one recipe needs
27 distinct panel formats rather than one template.
The reference amount differs. The US fixes a serving per
statutory category; Canada uses its own table, and for the same food the
two numbers are frequently different.
The mandatory particulars differ. Some markets require an
allergen summary; others forbid duplicating allergens outside the
ingredient list. Getting that backwards is a relabel.
The language is a legal requirement, not a preference
— and in several markets it is more than one language on one pack.
The whole label, not just the panel
A compliant panel that will not print is not a finished job.
Every export carries the panel, the ingredient and allergen declarations,
a true-scale dieline for the trim you are actually printing, the barcode and
QR code, and the designer artwork — from the same recipe, so the panel
and the artwork cannot drift apart.
What LabelYog does not do
It does not replace a regulatory consultant for a novel
product, a health claim, or a market we do not list above. Where our own
reading of a market's law is incomplete, the guide for that market says so
on its own page rather than leaving you to find out. The
58 destinations we do build for are the ones we can build
correctly.
