Statement on MRLs for difluoroacetic acid (DFA)

In accordance with Article 43 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, the European Commission requested EFSA to carry out a targeted review of the maximum residue levels (MRLs) for difluoroacetic acid (DFA), following the availability of data on DFA residue levels in commodities for which EU MRLs are based on Codex MRLs.
